Well, in my experience, in the event that their desired name is taken, the
customer will often find another one that suits their purposes nearly as
well.

Different service? As in, different company? Perhaps this is something
that OSRS should consider before partnering with SnapNames.

Well, that's fine. I still would expect a refund if you didn't get my
domain. If I was to use SnapNames to secure a name it is that name that I
want, not some other -- no use in transferring to another name.

Well, NSI has surprised me the most when it comes to their *documented*
policies, which, due to a plethora of material, were overlooked.

Perhaps it is not what more I would have you do, but more what I would ask
OpenSRS to consider.
>From my perspective, the SnapNames product may be useful for us, but there
would have to be some issues resolved:
1. it would have to be offered through the OpenSRS interface. I like
dealing with OpenSRS, as they have shown themselves to be trustworthy,
honourable and they play by the rules.
2. it would have to be a pay-for-service. If I get the domain 'snapped'
then I pay for it. If I don't, I don't pay. This would be very easy to
do through the OpenSRS interface, without you having to manage individual
refunds, as we have funds on deposit with OSRS.
