In addition to what I just said in another message, I do support having
the option of being able to delete and refund within the first 3 to 5
days for fraud or more commonly "I made a mistake with the spelling 
even though I had to confirm that the domain I requested was
spelled correctly and you even displayed it in a 72point font".  Just
check the list archives dating back 20 months...
