Tucows IS NOT included in the premium submission queue. Please treat Tucows
and Premium as 2 seperate entities.
There are 4 premium registrars involved on the premium side. In order to
better your selection chances, I would recommend submitting to both the
Regular and Premium queue. If your name gets selected from Tucows you are
charged $20, if selected from Premium, $60.
