Premium .info

Submitting via bilk pre-reg this weekend, we submitted customer's premium
only
I am assuming that if we submitted premium .info - the premuim submission
INCLUDES Tucows as one of the registrars
if I am wrong, please correct me, in that case we would have to submit both
regular and premium, right?

Also, a few customers asked how many registrars are in the premium 'gang' ?
