Good point.
Remember that Tucows will be running a de-duplication proceedure to
eliminate any duplicate names and select the names that will be submitted to
the premium queues. In addition, we will also be sending a 'check domain'
command to eliminate any names that have already been registered in the
Sunrise. It is expected that all above procedures should also decrease the
amount in a reseller balance.
While I completely agree that the money should not be duplicated, because
these projects were run independant of one another, this is one of the
unfortunate things that was not included in development.
