The .info timeline shows Sept 14 and Sept 17 as the dates for Tucows
submissions to Afilias.
Does this mean pre-reg's can continue to be submitted until then? And if
so, will the random selection of which RSP's pre-reg for a particular domain
name is to be submitted not occur until then? (And we won't have any
feedback about how much $$ is placed on hold until that time.) Or will
already existing pre-regs begin to be processed before then?
It isn't clear to me what will happen if my account balance doesn't cover
the total of all my pre-regs, but would cover the total of my pre-regs after
RSP selection deletes half of them. In other words, is money put on hold
name by name as each random RSP selection (by Tucows) occurs, or are only
the pre-regs that are covered by my account balance entered into the random
RSP selection?
