Hello everyone, We have a costumer who would like to transfer his domein other registrar to us. But the problem is that the other provider who is hosting the domain has bankroted. I couldn't find in the manual what is the procedure for this?!
If I send the request it expires after 7 days because we receive no confirmation from the losing provider. Could somebody help me with this?! Thanx! Alex PS. this is my very first post here, so I appologise if thas question has already been posted :)
