You don't have to be an authorized contact to submit an email template for a domain :) The system will generate an email reply with the tracking number, reject your request, and send confirming emails to the listed contacts (that don't exist anymore.) All you need is that tracking number. Once you have one, your customer can authorize the contact information update using the fax form. Then, when your customer can receive all the emails, they'll be able to reply to confirmation requests.
