Well the court case into whether or not it was an illegal lottery
has basically said names with only one app can go ahead (since with
only one app, it isn't subject to the whole fiasco), but the other
apps are on hold until they figure out whether its an illegal
lottery and if so, what to do about them.

I don't know what's happening really... just keep an eye on the
ICANNwatch.com website.
