In the case the OpenSRS confirmation email bounces (and there's no easy way to get it changed) is there another way that OpenSRS accepts a transfer initiation (*to* OpenSRS)? The leaving registrar confirmation is not a problem here, because they accept only confirmation via fax and have already gotten (and accepted) it. However, in the RWI it now sits there "Pending Owner Approval". Can I let the owner send a fax to someone at Tucows for approval?
