Opensrs can't do anything about this. NSI also sends a confirmation e-mail to the admin contact to confirm a transfer away. If the e-mail address is wrong, NSI's confirmation will fail. NSI provides a procedure to correct the e-mail address via fax. P.S. I'm ignoring the fact that NSI currently rejects 90% of transfers away from them for no valid reason.
