we are trying to transfer firewalk.info from Netsol to us but the transfer authorization form now has an extra text field labeled AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION - I must be missing something - I cannot find any instructions in the transfer email instructions to the customer what the heck should go into this authorization information field and naturally anything we tried to enter in there, including the autogenerated password - did not work
I am getting Invalid authorization information ___ for firewalk.info. Please try again Anyone knows what this is and shouldn't the email that goes to the domain owner explain this? If the authorization information is required but not instructions are given to the client - we can expect 100% of our transfers to fail on this Genie eyeondomain.com
