VeriSign is not the registry for .info's and will not have the leeway for duplicity they have with their .com registry. Then again, they are queer.
Also, has it been 60 days since landrush? How can anyone transfer a .info unless it was a sunrise? Sunrise are locked, that makes transfer impossible. Have I missed something or are the basic rules in transfers no longer valid? I realize there were some premium registrations run through dormant registrars, is the domain in question one of those? My understanding was the premiums (transfers back) would be facilitated by Tucows.
