Bill, you just made my point. NSI/VeriSign is not the registry for .info's.
The registry (Afilias - we all know) controls the .info names. However my
question to fellow list members, (best source is Tucows staff - Rick B
perhaps) is the incubation of names limited to 30 days with .info's or 60
days like with .com's net's org's?

I swear I'm going to put up an FAQ for *dumb and happy's after this.

Your second point "The registry has been live for 60 days" makes no sense to
me. If you are not aware, domains cannot be modified for 60 days in general.
However Afilias and Neulevel may have 30 day incubation periods. The only
information that can be modified during incubation is DNS.

*dumb and happy means someone that is blissfully ignorant and for the most
part don't need to know. Customers are sometimes referred to as dumb and
happy, but you would never say it to them. Duh.

Respectfully,

Netsol was the registrar in question, not the registry.

The registry has been live for over 60 days. I believe that anniversary
was on December 10 or 11.
