.info transfers follow the same rules as com/net/org.  No transfers were
allowed during the first 60 days after registry live, and now transfers
are not allowed until a domain is 60 days old.

The original post that started this discussion was someone wanting to know
where to get the auto code for a .info transfer from netsol.  I think you
may have misunderstood that point since you were not aware that .info
domains could now be transferred.
