I did ask my sales rep. I was told I could submit names a few weeks ago. I waited until the domain was expired (just by coincidence you started this click-counting this week). When I asked this week if I could submit names under this plan I was told now told no. That is what started this whole complaint process. So if my sales rep is going to lie to me then assign me another one.
