Wish I could shed some light, but unfortunately I don't run off of any Windows systems. When I got started, it was recommended to go Unix and I have followed that road... I have done a lot of reading on Windows and others, and they all have their ups and down. Windows/Raq's systems seem to be best for hosting to customers etc as Unix is a bit more complicated. That's the only thing that has kept me from hosting because all of the "Pre-Made" systems are made to basically "Take Over" your server, and I already have my server/DNS setup for 3 sites and then my features I offer (Domain Parking/Masking/Mail Forwarding) and I am afraid the hosting packages will interfere with all of that... ;) I'll look through my notes from all my research on Windows and see if I can come up with anything that might help, but doubtful I will on the problem you are having...
