Thanks Mark and Eric ;)    It all makes sense now. Not saying I agree with
NSI's logic, but it is clear to me what is going on...   Hopefully now from
this conversation, if I ever deal with NSI I will have this insight ;)  The
more we discuss issues like this, the better I feel about choosing SRS for
my supplier ;)
