Tim et al... One *further* very important point of clarification that I would like to make with regard to my response below... Tucows, in no way supports charging an "application" fee of any sort for a .biz pre-registration for round #2 This is not supported by the registry and is expected that reseller should not charge a pre-reg fee. When I advised below of 'charging upfront' I was referring to the actual cost of registering the domain name.
