My last experience with Enstrust wasn't too bad. I haven't been doing much in the way of certificate sales due to the extremely bad experiences I had originally. Seems Dun and Bradstreet is doing the phone confirmations and verifications directly. From the time the order was placed to the time the certificate was issues was 4 business days. Much better than the three weeks of my earlier orders.
The technical support line at Entrust could use some help. Occasionally it'll go to voicemail *all* day, and no one returns the calls. -scott Toxik - Fabian Rodriguez wrote: >Hi, > >A while ago there was discussion on this list about several issues with >certificates issued by Entrust, which we have access to as RSPs. > >I'd like to know what has changed/improved (if anything), specifically in >regards to: >- Procedure to verify identity of an organization >- Communications with end users >- Time to issue a certificate > >We can get certs via OpenSRS but chose Thawte at the time for the fast >turnaround and easy interface.
