Actually, quite a few improvements have been made recently. I will be compiling them shortly in a reseller update.
However, in quick answer to your question...the following can be expected. 1) There is no longer any proof of right documentation faxing required. Since Dun & Bradstreet has taken over verification they automatically verify the companies existence through directory checks. They will then call the number of record to verify employment of the auth contact and, where required, verify the authority of the tech contact to request a certificate on behalf of the company. 2) Tucows never has any need to contact end-users. End users are free to contact Entrust for support issues. If you do not want them to contact Entrust, they don't have to. 3) Turnaround times should never exceed 3 days and generally, if they exceed 1 day, you should probably investigate as it likely indicates that there is a hang-up in the proof-of-right process. 4) Entrust will be sending out a generic e-mail to the tech and authorization contact for renewal. This e-mail directs users back to their reseller for renewal. We can arrange that you, as reseller, are interposed on all communications with the end-user. As I said, watch for a full update and explanation of these improvements. I hope that this helps you in your decision. Let me know if you have any further questions.
