William: As a by-product of verification a company will get a D&B Number as a by-product of verification. I believe that they will use other directory listings (e.g. Telephone listing) and a call to the directory number to verify the existence of the company. In any event I have been told that faxing of proof of right documentation will only be required in the rarest of circumstances.
Sorry to be a little uncertain, I am awaiting a full procedural report that I will share with the resellers when I receive it that answers the specifics of the D&B verification process.
