Once you've got them all moved into the same profile you should be
fine.  There's a tool here:

That can speed up this process (this is not supported, it's a VERY old mod
from someone, and I can't guarantee it's workability or if the server will
be up when you try)

In the future, you can base a domain registration on a previous domain
(using the "main domain", username, password) and that will pre-populate
the contact information, and associate the domain with an existing
profile.
