Well, if you use the "Bulk" tool in the RWI it doesn't create a single
profile.  This tool was built primarily for multilingual domains, with the
intent that you could create several domains in several profile (the file
upload utility)

If you create a single domain (Place Order Manually) it will place it into
an existing profile if you use that feature (but you can only do one domain
at a time here)

I'll see if I can get that piece updated to "fix" it...
