Hi Aleksander,

This is really done "by design" to ensure that a transfer
will NEVER cause a domain to cease functioning.  I don't
know if the registry would even allow it to be "done in
one sweep", although presumably OSRS' systems could queue
the change and apply it as soon as the transfer is completed.

That said, I still think it's a good idea to do it in two
discreet steps.  Transferring a domain does not necessarily
require adjusting name servers...I'd argue that in the vast
majority of cases it doesn't.
