I'm not sure how true that is... It's often easier, faster and cheaper (If 
you're paying a consultant or employee's time) to move to an OpenSRS RSP 
then change the name servers then to convince NetSol that you really do 
want to change nameservers.

I've had 100% luck with domain transfers from NetSol in the past few weeks, 
but only about a 40% chance of getting name servers updated... I sometimes 
even get a confirmation that the change was approved, but the nameservers 
rarely change.
