Did I make a booboo?

I submitted an application on behalf of our customer (first cert, so I
wanted to go thru and see everything for myself in order to coach future
clients). I believe I entered everything just as we entered ours a few
months ago. Ours was a .com name, so our WHOIS has our company name in it,
though it is a sole proprietorship. We needed to fax in our provincial biz.
name registration doc as proof of right.

Now this customer (also sole proprietorship) has a .ca name, so her WHOIS
can only have her name as organization even though she has a provincial Biz
license (biz name reg). CIRA views a d.b.a as an individual, will only allow
a person's name as registrant. On the CSR, I entered only her name since it
is supposed to exactly match the WHOIS. On her cert application, I entered
'Her Name d.b.a Her Company' and 'Her Company' as company. So Entrust is
asking for personal ID such as drivers licence.

Which one is wrong ?
