I'm just trying to make sure I understand this situation as I'd like to make sure this isn't a CIRA thing.
To my understanding both CIRA and Entrust (And other cert issuers) require that the strict legal entity be on the name of the domain/cert. Your problem as I understand it is that your client (lets call it abc flowers) which is owned by Jane Doe is operating a company as 'Jane Doe dba ABC Flowers). There is no legal entity ABC Flowers and Entrust and CIRA want you to list the entity as 'Jane Doe' as opposed to 'Jane Doe dba ABC Flowers'? Would it ease pain if CIRA allowed you to add the DBA portion? Let me know and I can pass it by some people. We really are here to make things easier. (Understand that there may be a big evil lawyer who might tell me 'No' very loudly).
