I received this comment from Entrust on the matter:

"For this case, since the customer mentioned the person name as
authorization company, as well as CSR organizational attribute; Entrust
would handle the request as a private individual.

As far as sole proprietorships are concerned, Entrust match rules with D&B
stipulate that the domain can be registered under the name of the owner.

If you require any further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact
us."
