I spoke to them last week too. The thing is that they aren't taking into account CIRA's domain rules. I *HAD* to put her name as CSR org. attribute b/c as per Entrust's instructions, it must match the WHOIS information. Against her wishes - she would have preferred the cert in her company's name. If she was using a .com name, she would have her company name as registrant, but CIRA does not allow that.
Entrust doesn't seem to be making their *own decision* about whether they view a sole proprietor 'as an individual' or 'as a company'. They seem to allow it either way - BUT if it's a .ca domain, there is no mechanism in place to override the fact that CIRA *does not* give a choice, therefore Entrust does not allow a choice (for .ca) if cert application must match WHOIS.
