This is correct, the requirement is that the servers must be physically located in the US
I'm seeking further clarification of this for canadian entities that run their hosting in the US (or US companies that run their hosting in Canada). Other clarification I'm searching for is whether or not the IPs must be registered in the US as well (i.e. our ARIN block is registered to our Flint office, but the IPs are routed to IBM in Canada - another RSP has their IPs registered to a Canadian office, but the IPs are routed to a co-lo in the US) This is a DoC requirement imposed on the .us registry, thus far I've not gotten a response to the clarification (rather, I got a "We'll ask and find out" and nothing since) Charles Daminato TUCOWS Product Manager [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Fri, 8 Mar 2002, Winston D.
