Hi: Is there a definitive answer on this. This in itself is incredulous. Are you sure that the requirement by the US Gov't wasn't that the root nameservers be located on US soil? I for one, have never heard of such a requirement, and I have scoured the Neustar documentation for any mention of it, and can find none.
