Hi Dave, In my book, domains in an OpenSRS account shouldn't span different sponsoring resellers. From a support standpoint, we're supposed to be front line. We prefer OpenSRS to be as transparent as possible to the end user, and have integrated other services (email, URL forwarding, hosting), and the mangement of these are integrated with the domain management.
I'm not aware of any of our clients who would have this situation.
