I think it's a good idea too. When one logs in to RWI, a message would go out to the RSP saying, e.g. "Administrators has logged into RWI at 15:30 EST on March 25, 2002". If I see this email when I'm out watching a movie on a RIM PDA, I can say "Who did that? Eeeeeek!", and then scratch my head and wonder if my password was compromised by a hacker, or something. It would be unclear to know what the hacker done, since there's no visible "auditing" or "trace history" of every login and transaction that occurred (there is for orders, renewals, transfers, but presumably not for lock/unlock, or some of the other "events" that one can trigger, e.g. setting/removing an auto-renew, etc. Sincerely, George Kirikos http://www.kirikos.com/ __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
