That is EXACTLY what they are doing. I bet they just started advertising
that the DAY it came out. However, who is to keep a domain buyer from
contacting the registry and having it un-locked? All they would have to do
is say the company they bought their domain with will not un-lock the
domain. I wouldn't think Register.Com would have a chance against this. I am
very interested to watch how this plays out....
