Hi...
We have domain parking and domain forwarding on our system and it is
very simple to implement if you already have a dedicated server as we do. If
so, send us a e-mail and we will let you know what we did. We do not need a
dedicated IP for masking, however we did use a dedicated IP for forwarding
and it just cost us some programming time. (About 30 minutes if you take the
stupidity errors out of the programming part ;)
We too were looking at buying the services for masking and forwarding,
however we knew their had to be an easier way. ;) As for the second level
domain part, we don't fool with any of that. ;)
