How is this a "scam"? I don't see anything misleading in the email, other than it's a bit obtuse about the fact that you would have to transfer in order to get the renewal rate they're advertising. And heck, visit their web page and you're greeted with a prominently placed notice that in order to renew with them, you must transfer.
