Does the trademark information of the old (sunrise) registrant still have to show up in the whois information? Or should it be updated to reflect the trademark of the new owner in case the new owner has a qualified trademark? Or should it be deleted in case the new owner has no qualified trademark information? I think these questions were not answered until now? Does anybody has a clue?
