Afilias (.info) responds with:

"If the name is a sunrise name the new owner should update with their
trademark information. If it is a landrush or real-time name the new owner
should update with there (sic) information only."

and further:

What if the name is a sunrise name, but the new registrant does not have
TM info?

"They are subject to the rules of the sunrise period, which state you must
have a trademark that meets the requirements."

Hope this helps - will advise wrt Neulevel as that info becomes available.
