1. If they put a role as a domain handler, they should have a handler for that person... At least it was like this 10 years ago with InterNIC (and its derivatives). 2. Completeness of information. If at least one contact information is correct (like e-mail and/or Snail mail) then domain is considered to have correct info and thus could not be removed. I am actually referring to message I've seen on this list few days ago, when one person said that he used 000.000.0000 as phone number. I can understand this person because those polices were written long time ago and at that time only one organization was selling domain registrations so people were not afraid of getting 20-50 phone calls today from some companies that were trying to get customers money: for registered domains with another company, for domains they renewed 6 months ago and so on. But, from polices perspective, those people could lose their domain at any time since the information is not correct. Am I right?
