This is great news. I note that I have been in touch with Tom Cunningham at
BR to see how we, and more relevantly, you all could help. He was quite
please obviously and it will be interesting to see how this plays out with
respect to damages.

We will wait to see the exact contents of the order before deciding next
steps.
