This paragraph speaks volumes. Leaving Verisign/NSI out of the equation, how are the relations between the various registrars? Are they as cordial as this makes it sounds, a bunch of guys who compete for customers but are basically on speaking terms, etc., or is it as cut-throat as some other markets are? I get the feeling from this it's more of a "we sell the same product, our target audience is the same. Some will like us, some will like you, everyone can carve out space in the market" than a "Sod off, Noss! We're gonna bury you!!!"
