Hello Elliot, This is indeed great news to hear. This whole issue has been a huge inconvenience to registrants, and has certainly cost us some business and a lot of our time to take steps to protect our clients domains and inform them of this activity. We put up the domainscams.com site a couple of months ago to educate our clients and others, and it was pretty funny when we got an expiration notice from Verisign for it as well:)
Would Tucows consider going after the Domain Registry of America/Canada/ENOM in filing an action similar to what BR has taken against Verisign. From what I've heard from our customers, DRoA/C has been at least as successful in slamming domains as Verisign. Best Regards, Doug Friend. http://register4less.com.
