I have just realized that Undeliverable messages from OpenSRS to contacts
are NOT reported in the Notes log of the domain.
A reporting message is sent to the RSP but this situation is then not
reflected in the RWI for that domain.
I would think this is very important for historicall reasons, since if a
client complaints once a domain is deactivated, unless we have keept that
email, there is no explanation why he was not notified.
