the straightforward answer is yes... though things may get complicated!

the usual routine would be for you to contact Nominet (they'd probably
prefer a letter/fax on company letterheaded paper) and ask them to reassign
the domain to your IPSTAG...

they will then email you (as the tagholder) to see if you're willing to
accept the domain... you'd have to respond via a PGP encrypted email.

assuming you say yes(!), they'll reassign the domain to your tag... and
subsequently invoice you for it...

have you got the certificates for the domains ?? that would probably make
the reactivation a lot easier...

two points to bear in mind...

1. if there are any outstanding amounts, i.e if you let is lapse say 3 years
ago, these will probably also have to be paid...

2. the expiry date (day/month) won't change... so if the domain expired on
1st January 2002, if you renew it now, it should not expire until 1st
January 2004.

hope this helps - i've cc'd this to the list in case anyone else has a
