A better example that McDonald's in this article is the current lawsuit
against the owners of NISSAN.COM by Nissan motors corp. Nissan is suing the
owner of NISSAN.COM for damages because the current registrant will not sell
the domain to them. (The current owners last name is, you guessed it -
NISSAN)  You can read more about it at the NISSAN.COM site ;)
