One of our customers wanted to transfer one of his domains to opensrs. Therefore we issued the transfer request but we never received a owner approval. What means the hostmaster of the other company didn't never approve the transfer request. We wrote him a few mails but never received any response. What next? No, they don't have a phone number nor a fax number on their website. Is there any procedure for such things? Thx in advance Gregor
