Joker recently changed their transfer policy. You have to approve the
transfer at Joker using their systems before you initate the transfer
from our end. The timing is important too - if you start the transfer on
our end before pre-approving it at Joker in their control panel, you
have to wait till it all times out and start again.

It's a real pain.
