This happened here too on a few domains we moved over recently. Being
"on the ball", I devoted time for a couple of phone calls to Veridrones
to find out what black hole their requests were vanishing into, and was
told that they had NO record of a transfer request coming in from the
registry. A few days later, Presto, the domain's part of my OpenSRS
profile.

The wackiest thing about it was that one of the transferred domains had
already expired at NetSol. Needless to say, it was a *huge* relief not
to have to spend extra time badmouthing NetSol to my customer. If they
would just relent on their attrition policy, they could avoid so much of
the ill will generated amongst the companies who are in the best
position to help them retain a portion of their market share.

Ah well. One day, all this will be Tucows.
