Hi All,
I got the following e-mail. He
needs the Veri guys request number and upon looking through our documents in the
API etc I am not able to locate where I can get this information (Just our
reference numbers etc.) The domain in question doesn't expire for nearly 2
years he simply wants to get all his domains out of their system in fear of all
the publicity they are getting from their recent practices. Please advise me
anyone if they know the best route to retrieve this info the V-Guys want....
Thanks...

Mike,
I contacted Verisign just a few minutes ago to
find out why the request was denied, to give my consent, etc... They told me
they didn't have any "record" of a transfer request and suggested that I ask you
if you had a Tracking Number or Request Number from Verisign regarding the
transfer...
Can you check to see if have a tracking number
(for the old and the new request); then I can contact customer service again and
maybe get this resolved.
